Operational Training and Preparedness

Training is part of operational readiness—not standalone delivery

Safety & Security Training

Tiered, immersive preparation for personnel deploying to elevated threat environments:

  • Security Awareness Training (SAT)
  • Security Awareness in Fragile Environments (SAFE)
  • Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT)
  • Hostile Environment Driver Training (HEDT)
  • Bespoke pre-deployment packages and briefings

Scenario-based and practitioner-led, our training is designed to develop instinctive judgement under pressure. We combine hands-on instruction with realistic scenarios to build reliable, context-appropriate emergency response capability across a wide range of operating environments, from workplace first aid to complex pre-hospital care. A tiered approach ensures each course aligns with specific risk profiles and operational realities, preparing individuals to perform effectively when it matters most.

First aid sits at the heart of everything we do. We believe it is the cornerstone of any effective safety and security programme, equipping people with practical skills for life in a safe, supportive learning environment. Our training builds confidence and competence to respond decisively in an emergency, including within fragile or high-risk settings, while gaining a recognised first aid qualification. Our programmes span from EFAW and FAW through to advanced FREC levels, ensuring accessible entry points and clear progression.

First Aid Training

Our First Aid training programmes build reliable, context-appropriate emergency response capability across a range of operating environments.

We combine hands-on instruction with realistic, scenario-based training to prepare participants for real-world incidents—from workplace first aid to more complex pre-hospital. A tiered approach ensures skills are aligned to specific risk profiles and operational realities.

Tier 1 - Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

For urban or peri-urban environments with rapid access to definitive care.

Tier 2 - First Aid at Work (FAW)

For environments with controlled evacuation procedures and access to care within one hour.

Tier 3 First Response Emergency Care (FREC3)

For remote, austere, or high-risk environments with delayed access to care and potential self-evacuation.
